Jeff Cordray
Founder & Class A Contractor (Est. 2005)
Class A Contractor, Owens Corning & NRCA certified. Jeff started Cordray Roofing in 2005 to pair top workmanship with real customer service. Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his wife Avery and kids Maverick, Raleigh, and Calvin. He is also a 3-time fantasy football champion — the rings are on display at our Gardner office and you're invited to stop by and check them out!
Ryan Beckman
Client Relationships & Roofing Specialist
In roofing since 2013, Ryan joined Cordray in 2019 and prides himself on building strong client relationships. He holds the distinction of being the only Cordray employee named Employee of the Month — he held the vote, bought the plaque, and hung it to remind the team to go above and beyond daily. Outside of work, he enjoys Royals & Chiefs games, concerts, hunting, and fishing.
Sam Williams
Project Specialist
Sam joined Cordray in 2016 following 15 years as a custom home builder. He goes above and beyond for every customer while remaining humble enough that he gave us almost nothing for this bio. Outside of work, Sam devotes his time to his family.
Cooper Williams
Roofing Specialist
Cooper officially joined full-time in 2024 after working several summers with Cordray throughout school. When he isn't on a roof, he enjoys attending KU games, playing golf, and spending quality time with friends and family.
